Our #1 priority is customer satisfaction!  If you are not completely satisfied, you may return any item within 30 days of the date of receipt of order.

In order to process your return, please follow these 4 steps:

  1. Fill out our Returns Form.
  2. Once we receive your returns form, we will email you a return label.
  3. Print the return USPS shipping label and place it on the package.
  4. Drop off the package at any USPS location.

 

When making a return, please ensure the following:

  • Your items have not been altered in any way.  This includes printing, embroidering, washing or decorating.  Altered items will not be accepted.
  • Your return is postmarked within 30 days of the date of receipt.  Returns postmarked after 30 days will not be accepted.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued once your package has been received and inspected by our staff.
  • As a courtesy, we do not charge a restocking fee.
  • Any shipping fees paid will not be refunded.
  • Most refunds are issued within 21 business days.

Exchanges and Claims:

  • We do not offer exchanges.  You may return your unwanted items and place a new order.
  • Please inspect your order within 72 hours of receipt.  If you received any defective or incorrect items, please notify us immediately
